Blackburn as sole principal owners was founded in July of 2005 as Blackburn Claims Service, Inc. On January 1, 2006 Blackburn Claim Services, Inc. began doing business as Castle Claims Service and is celebrating its 47th year in business under the name of Castle Claims Service. The original company, Castle Claims Service, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Eugene P. Scuillo in Castle Shannon, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and where an office is still maintained within miles of the original location. As well, we also have offices in New Castle and Erie, we service Western Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio.

Blackburn Claim Services, Inc. dba CASTLE CLAIMS SERVICE retained many of the dedicated employees of Castle Claims Service Inc. Numerous employees have in excess of 20 years with Castle Claims Service. We are proud of our employees and their long association with this company. Castle Claims Service continues to service their clients: Insurance Companies and self policyholder’s wishing to secure quality service for their policyholders and claimants through fair pricing appraisals, estimates, and prompt contact and follow up.
