Our Claims Process


1.

Assignments are received via email, fax or phone. checklist

2.

Contact policyholder usually within 24 hours of receiving assignment.

3.

Inspection of claim within 48 hours to scope the damage, secure paper information, statements etc.- on that particular claim.

4.

Report to company within 7-10 days with estimate, suggested reserve, payment instructions or future direction for investigation.

5.

Subsequent reports every 30 days with 30 day letters going to the policyholder.

6.

If it is desired to secure an agreed price from the policyholder or a contractor on property claims.

7.

Liability Claims -We conduct field inspections and secure statements from interested parties.

8.

We secure settlement forms, such as, non-waivers, proof of loss, and subrogation receipts if requested.
