Once your claim is assigned to us:

  1. We contact you within 24 hours to introduce your adjuster and verify details.

  2. An inspection is scheduled within 48 hours, based on your availability.

  3. Your adjuster will guide you through immediate mitigation steps and answer any questions.

  4. After the inspection, we prepare a detailed report or estimate for your insurance carrier.

  5. Your carrier uses our documentation to review coverage and issue payment if applicable.

We keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates until the claim is resolved.

Payment is issued directly by your insurance carrier. Some carriers now send payments electronically, but most still issue paper checks. Castle Claims Service does not issue settlement payments — we provide the inspection, estimate, and documentation needed for your carrier to process the claim.
